A Vacation Rental Company based in Florda is looking for 1 Vacation Rental Specialist
Work Duration: 30 hours per week
Pay is weekly
Rate: $4.00 to $4.50 per hour DoE
Work Schedule: Friday, Sat and Sunday, 9am to 7pm EST (10 hours per day)
Job Description:
-Screen guests before accepting their booking request to ensure that properties will be treated with care and respect
-Answer booking and guests' inquiries and concerns
-Manage maintenance and cleaning schedule
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience working for an STR or Vacation Rental Company
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
-Experience with Vacation Rental PMS and OTA's (Airbnb, Hostaway and VRBO)
- No accent
