We are seeking candidates (yes, that's you) with experience in running campaigns, an unquenchable thirst to make a difference, and the desire to earn what you truly deserve. The right candidate is analytical, results-driven, and excited to contribute to a full-stack team.

Qualifications You Need:

1+ Years of previous experience with Google Ads.
B2B marketing experience.
A proven track record in planning, strategizing, building, optimizing, and scaling paid social ad campaigns.
Experience handling 8-15+ campaigns simultaneously.
A self-starter mentality – you take initiative and responsibility to bridge any gaps and execute based on priorities.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

3 Months: You're now the confident owner of ARC's accounts. Identifying opportunities and pitfalls, you're strategizing proactively.
