We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Intake Manager to join our team at Acres Buy. As specialists in buying and selling vacant land across the United States, we are seeking an individual passionate about real estate and eager to contribute to our growing company.
Lead Generation:
Currently, our objective is to generate 50 new seller leads monthly through direct mail.
Intake Manager Responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will be pivotal in seamlessly incorporating all new seller leads into our Land Conquest CRM, with comprehensive training provided. Key responsibilities include:
Swiftly adding all seller leads to the CRM within a 5-minute timeframe.
Generating comparable sales for similar properties in the same area.
Thoroughly reviewing property details, such as topography, floodplains, legal access, utilities, etc., and updating the CRM accordingly.
Initiating contact with county offices to obtain property information when unavailable online.
Setting up follow-up tasks in our CRM for our General Manager.
Conduct in-depth research on market data.
Compare and analyze comps in the market.
Identify pricing trends in various acreage ranges and select markets with favorable sell-through rates.
