Position: POD Team Lead | Print-On-Demand
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Expert Level in graphic design software Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. (MUST)
?Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
?Ability to adapt designs to various product types and sizes.
?Strong attention to detail.
?Knowledge of printing processes, including screen printing, digital printing, and sublimation is a plus
?Good English Communication Skills
?Preferably with a passport and can travel abroad
?Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
?Supervisory or Team management experience is a MUST
?Operational Rhythm: Established and managed the operational rhythm by implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that outline specific workflows for various operational processes.
?Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and improve POD performance
?Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure quality outputs from PODs

Training will be held in China (Hence, a valid Passport should be ready)
Ready to travel to China for any Business needs/requirements.
