Real Estate Analyst

We're the owners of hominvest.co, an exciting real estate investment company, focused on BRRRR and fix&flip strategy.

We're looking for an EXPERIENCED analyst to help us manage deals analysts, area research, and more. By handling all incoming data from sellers, checking, analyzing, and preparing for purchasing

Our ideal candidate must:

- Have at least 2 years of experience working as a real estate analyzer or data analyst

- Must be able to perform Data analysis, research, arranging, and use formulas

- Must be able to manage a list, and promote tasks independently

a strong computer, a quiet work environment

This is a remote position for an online business, done from your own work environment, with your own laptop/desktop.

THIS IS A HIGH BUNOSES POSITION, and we're looking for a strong high quality Upgrade to see actual info addition to the requirements above we're looking to see:

- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and strategically, and identify and resolve problems.

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills & ability to work in team

- Excellent English level - speaking, reading and writing
