Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Wholesale Account Manager to join our team. This role primarily involves managing inbound wholesale accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales through outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate should be exclusively committed to this role during work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing wholesale accounts.
Provide top-notch customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and leads.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
Prior experience in account management or sales.
Proficiency in software tools such as Xero, Shopify, and Google Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of organizational and time-management skills.
Must be available during specified hours with no other work commitments.
