Job Summary:
We're seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our fast-growing, dynamic team. The individual in this role will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative activities, contributing to both our internal processes and our client services.
Time Zone Advantage:
This position is based in the Philippines, which is in the same time zone as Perth, WA. This allows for seamless communication and workflow between the team and our clients.
Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
Perform cash and accounts reconciliation
Execute end-of-month procedures
Maintain accurate bookkeeping for the company and designated clients
Generate timely financial reports
Debtor and creditor assistance when required by clients
Transaction Management:
Handle invoicing processes
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Oversee intercompany transactions
Compliance & Administrative Support:
Assist in compliance-related tasks
Provide administrative support across various internal teams
Administer online and offline files and document control
Process Enhancement:
Contribute to the improvement of existing accounting and administrative processes
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant
3-5 years of intermediate accounting experience
Prior experience in Australian Bookkeeping is highly desirable
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and processes
Fluent comminication skill in English
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $1,000 AUD per month, paid fortnightly
