Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Social Media Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media content creation and management. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's online presence across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business page.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Use our brand colors and provided photos to create posts using Canva.
Content Scheduling: Ensure consistent posting, aiming for one to two posts per week across all platforms.
Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our audience to foster a vibrant community.
Growth Strategy: Implement strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement on each platform, within the allocated time.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva.
Excellent understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative and proactive approach to content creation and problem-solving.

Work Arrangement:

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Flexible hours, with an expectation of timely communication and adherence to deadlines.
