Short-form content editor for of models

We are trying to scale our agency with short form content of our models on Reels, TikTok and youtube.
You work requires editing skills & also creative thinking because you need to add funny ideas, let me show you an example.
This of creator has normal TikToks that are of related and follow of trend, but on her Youtube channel, her editing team adds funny animals for example that suit the topic. Please watch a few of her shorts:
Again, usually there are no animals whatever, this is just editing and made up by some editing team so that the video blow up.
The number 1 priority will be to just have more unique content ready.
Meaning another example of this work would be to put together different clips of the model & combining some TikTok sound to it, or removing some clip from one video and adding another, it just has to make sense.
Again, the most important thing is that we have unique videos so Instagram and TikTok for example can't spot that we are just reusing content.
