At Stayland, we are looking to hire a Operations & Customer Service Junior with strong organizational skills to help driving the operations of a diverse portfolio of properties in the United States and Spain. The work environment will be primarily digital (management software).
Weekends. From 09:00 in the morning to 23:00 at night. With two breaks.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who wants to be part of a growing group of companies with a significant volume of operations and assets. Your tasks and responsibilities will have a crucial impact on the daily operations of the holding's brands: Alohause, Utopic Villa, Colo Colo, etc. You will be responsible for managing short-term and long-term rental properties in various cities around the world.
• The person will be responsible for managing both an Airbnb booking calendar and Alohause's calendar and customer service for Spain and NY.
• Responsibilities: Besides handling bookings, the person will deal with customer support, resolution, tenant communication, access coordination, website updates, maintenance tasks, and more.
• Tools usage and background: the candidate will be valued for the utilization of PMS (Resharmonics ideally) and would be ideal that she/he has experience in coliving property management. Strong knowledge of OTAs management.
• Working hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday plus Spanish bank holidays. Timetable will be flexible and will be discussed upon hiring.
• Lenguaje: both English and Spanish would be ideal
TASKS YOU WILL DEVELOP WITH US
• Helping with the optimization of PMS tool (Guesty, Mews, etc.)
• Creation and management of Listings
• Control of the reservation calendar
• Active internal communication on Check Ins/Outs: housekeeping, etc.
• Direct communication with tenants.
• Handling of complaints or specific cases from channel managers
• Detailed monitoring of different listings on OTAs
• Support in carrying out code compliance work on properties
• Assistance in cleaning service analysis
• Analysis of supply expenses
