About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated Channel Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for our brand's product catalog of the company's account in Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, Joann, Reverb, Etsy and other marketplaces by ensuring proper data setup, product presentation, channel analytics, and content management. You will report directly to the Sr. Ecommerce Marketplace Channel Manager. This role is fully remote with a fixed schedule of 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PH time and weekends off.
The Channel Manager will generally manage 3rd party marketplace and grow sales in these channels to meet KPIs. The incumbent helps in improving customer experience, generating data-driven market insights, and managing relationships with assigned marketplaces.
What You Will Do:
* Optimize current listings across our non Amazon channels.
* Own the product launch process on various channels.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies on various channels including the management of sales events.
* Own and manage SOPs for all processes related to various channels.
* Manage inventory forecasting for Walmart WFS.
* Monitor KPIs and take action to positively impact them.
* Continuous learning and improvement by keeping a pulse on new trends.
* Own sales, profit, and accountability targets.
* Collaborate with our internal subject matter experts to continuously improve.
Required Qualifications:
* At least 2 years Channel management experience including any of the following channels: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Shopify.
* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Proven ability to problem-solve.
* Above average communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with Helium 10, Sellerise or related software.
* Basic understanding of PPC management.
* Experience in people management.
