CRM Specialist needed for making calls and setting appointments!

The newly formed Commercial Department of Beachside Golf Cars is looking for someone who can help set up, maintain, and communicate with the Commercial Advisor on a daily basis as to what needs to be done and what has been accomplished. We have leads that need to be implemented into the CRM. Also...and this is most important, our VA will make phone calls for 2-3 hours a day to set up appointments or have the Commercial Advisor call the lead back to answer any questions that lead may have. We will also pay a very impressive bonus for any calls in which an appointment is set and a sale or order is taken. The bonus will exceed the hourly salary and will be paid as a bonus on a monthly basis.
In summary, we really need an expert when it comes to using and updating our Pipedrive CRM. But just as important would be great communication skills for communicating with the leads we provide and turning those leads into deal!
