Windows Server and Desktop Support

MTSG is an established IT consulting business looking to grow. Our company services small to medium businesses in the Medical, Legal and general commerce business industries.
We are looking for a young energetic support person who loves to help and solve problems.
This is a startup position leading to a supervisor role as we grow.

Experience needed:
• Desktop Level 1:
o Support Windows 7/10/11 – general operating system issue such as updates and network connectivity.
o Application support – Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Anti-Virus, OneDrive, Drobox, Google Drive, QuickBooks
o Manage Office 365 – Setup mailboxes, reset password and licensing
o User Chat support

• Server Level 1:
o Manage RMM/MSP server – knowledge of Syncro is a plus
o Check backup logs maintain updates
o Manage and Deploy employee training system
o Knowledge Hyper-V operations
o Group Policy
o Shared folders
o Terminal ServerRemote Desktop

• NetworkingInfrastructure
o Sonicwall
o Ubiquity Dream Machine and access points
o QNAP NAS

• Monday - 9am-5pm PST
• Tuesday to Friday – 4pm-12am PST
• Optional – one weekend day per month.
