Job Title: Virtual Assistant for CEO + Membership Development Assistant - Independent Contractor

Overview: Cinergy is seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Membership Development Director to play a pivotal role in nurturing our community. Responsible for coordinating member activities, organizing events, supporting the CEO, and enhancing member engagement. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, event planning expertise, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections within the business community.
Key Responsibilities:
CEO Support:
Assist the CEO in managing their calendar, ensuring timely and efficient utilization of their time.
Provide administrative support and aid in tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Coordinate Member Meetings:
Organize and coordinate regular meetings/networking events for members.
Facilitate seamless communication between members, ensuring an exchange of ideas.
Event Planning and Management:
Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and seminars that cater to our members.
Collaborate with partners/sponsors to enhance the quality of events.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Activity Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain records of member activities, collaborations, and business interactions.
Generate regular reports detailing member engagement and contributions.
Utilize Pipedrive CRM.
Member-to-Member Business Facilitation:
Act as a bridge between members, facilitating business opportunities and collaborations.
Identify synergies among members and support the development of partnerships.
Communication and Marketing:
Coordinate monthly email communications to update members about upcoming events, and news.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messages and elevator pitches.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals and entrepreneurs.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning, preferably within a professional or business networking context.
Proficient in using various digital tools for event management, communication, and data analysis.
