We are a growing Australian small business in local transport industry, looking for a Full-time Customer Service/Admin representative with the below position description:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers as well as making outbound calls to customers
- Interacting with customers in online chat portals
- Responding to questions about the company, its products or services
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating them when necessary
- Processing orders, invoices, payments, claims, credits and returns
- Updating and maintaining records of customer interactions
- Achieving key performance indicator targets, such as average handling time and time in queue
- Assisting the team with preparing reports and extracts from our database
- Assisting with lead generation and validation
Candidates are expected to be exceptional in their written and verbal English.
Training is provided, therefore, please make sure you only apply if you intend to keep this job for at least a couple of years.
