YouTube Video Editor

Hello!

Essential skills:
- Experienced user of Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier Pro (editors must have either software downloaded).
- Has experience in editing long-form content, including using subtitles, transitions, sounds effects, and other video effects (blurring and masking etc).
- Must also be able to edit audio files to match the video clips.
- Able to produce one 8-12 minute video, a week.
Nice to have:
- Should be able to edit a variety of footage to create engaging content which may include the following: sit down (head-talking) videos, public videos with multiple persons, and vlogs).
- To attract the higher salary rate, the editor should be willing to create attractive thumbnails for videos.
- Be able to send to me the source file upon request, and complete a maximum of two revisions of the editing per week.
The successful applicant will have access to the following:
- Paid Storyblocks account and B-roll library.
- Paid Canva subscription to create engaging thumbnails.
- Paid Subtly subscription to add in subtitles for videos.
Upon the achievement of channel growth targets, and continuous review, the editor will receive the following:
- Opportunity to undertake additional paid work to edit short- form content and podcast clips.
- Yearly salary review.
- Yearly bonus payment.
- Spot bonus payments upon the achievement of subscriber milestones (e.g. 1000 subscribers).
