Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA Wholesale Sourcing

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in the Amazon FBA wholesale business model to join our e-commerce team. Your main responsibility will be to identify and onboard wholesale suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth operation of our Amazon FBA business.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential wholesale suppliers using provided tools, focusing on products suitable for Amazon FBA.
Handle communications, including emails and phone calls, to establish and maintain wholesale accounts.
Navigate supplier negotiations, focusing on favorable terms for Amazon FBA requirements.
Manage documentation and compliance with Amazon FBA standards.
Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent stock levels.
Utilize Amazon FBA analytics to make informed decisions about product sourcing.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Amazon FBA and understanding of its wholesale business model.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in e-commerce, sourcing, and supplier management.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
