Graphic Designer

Graphic designer needed for a digital marketing agency.
We are Growth Wizard. We do paid social and search ads for ecommerce and b2b companies, as well as AI leadflow automation.
This job has 2 parts:
1) Illustration and custom infographic creation (70% of the work).
2) Email design (30% of the work).
Excellent English is required.
We are scaling up our marketing with blog posts and social media posts. The bulk of the work will be creating custom illustrations for blog posts, as well as some photoshop design work for posts to social media work (text + graphics compositing).
Candidate should be experienced with illustration and vector graphics creation. We are looking for someone who can make magic/fantasy-inspired brand graphics that also have a clean, modern aesthetic.
Additionally, we're looking for someone with experience creating landing pages/emails in drag+drop editors like UnBounce and Klaviyo. Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML is a bonus.
Experience: flexible - more interested in your portfolio and how you do on the paid test project than whether you've done work like this before.
If you do have relevant experience, that's great! Include examples of graphics/landing pages you've created in your portfolio.

Requirements:
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop Skills
- Bonus if you know basic html/css or have experience with drag+drop page builders like Elementor, UnBounce or email platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive.
Hiring Process:
1) You'll be assigned a test project, for which you'll be paid $50 for a few hours of work.
2) We'll hop on a zoom call for a quick interview.
