Experienced SEO Copywriter for Attorney Website

We are in search of a versatile and seasoned copywriter to craft superior SEO-friendly content for an attorney's website. This role demands a comprehensive mastery of various writing styles, tones, and viewpoints, coupled with a keen ability to simplify complex legal jargon for a general audience. The ideal candidate must exhibit an adeptness in creating content that resonates with diverse audiences, ensuring maximum engagement and clarity.

OF NOTE:
You must be CONFIDENT in your writing abilities. A strong portfolio of work isn't necessary but it is a plus. You must be able to adapt to different writing styles, tones, and industries, and maintain consistency. Excellent copy is a need not a want. Writers who solely rely on AI will not be a good fit so please do not apply if that is you. Research abilities are a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and write high-quality, SEO-optimized content for various pages of an attorney's website.
-Utilize heading tags effectively and create content that is easy to read and skim, while highlighting essential information.
-Conduct extensive research for each webpage, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
-Collaborate with our design team to incorporate relevant images that enhance the written content.
-You MAY use AI tools as a supplementary aid (exclusively as an aid) while maintaining a strong focus on original research and fact-checking.
-Implement external and internal links appropriately to bolster SEO and provide a cohesive user experience.
-Regularly liaise with us to ensure content quality and originality.
-Effectively break down and explain legal terminology and concepts in a manner easily understandable to a lay audience.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in SEO writing, with a focus on conversion optimization and informative content creation.
-Excellent research skills and the ability to integrate findings seamlessly into written content.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising on quality.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving requirements.

Additional Information:

This project is the beginning of a long-term engagement with potential future projects for other clients.
All content will be thoroughly reviewed by us; excellence is a must. Overuse or clear AI content from Jasper, Claude, GPT, or any of the large language models out there will not be accepted.

Time tracking & Pay:
You will be paid $4 per hour with a limit of 40 hours per week.
We use TimeDoctor for time tracking.
