Construction Estimator

We're looking for a ROCKSTAR Estimator to join our awesome team!

Job description:
• Download and sort out plans from email bid requests.
• Measure quantities using estimating software (Planswift, OST, etc) from a digital plan.
• Enter quantities and details into google sheet proposals.
• Materials include windows, flooring, siding, ceiling, and finishes for commercial jobs.

Must be detail-oriented, fluent in english, and has experience with construction drawings and planswift (or similar).

Preferrably 40 hours full time.

· Desired base salary, monthly in PHP? (We will pay a pro-rated 13th month)
· Estimating software, do you have access to planswift or similar?

The position is US based construction (commercial subcontractor). A wide variety of projects from industrial to highrise.

· Quick to respond in emails and messages

· High bid volume, ability to start, measure, and finish with low supervision

· Expert at takeoff software (Planswift, On Screen Takeoff, etc)

· Google sheets and Google drive

· Detail-oriented and precise
