Quickbooks Online EXPERT

Looking for someone who knows EVERYTHING about Quickbooks online and how to do partial payment billing for a construction company who does accrual accounting. We already have QBO Pro set up, but it was set up incorrectly. We need someone who knows all the settings and what needs to be turned on to be able to run the accounting functions for A/R, A/P, and amortization for prepaids and other balance sheet items.
