We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in fueling our growth. As a Lead Generation Specialist at Alpha Rock Investment Group, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, cold calling, scheduling appointments, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our real estate investment portfolio and our partners.

**Responsibilities:**
- Research and identify potential leads within the real estate market.
- Utilize various channels, including online platforms and networking events, to generate leads.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Cold calling potential leads to generate appointments.

**Qualifications:**
- Real Estate Wholesale acquisition experience
- Transaction management experience
- Assignment deal underwriting experience
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate investing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Dialer software
- Ability to adapt to evolving market trends and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
