Job responsibilities include:
• Coordinate recruiting new roles with our clients and oversee the onboarding + hiring process
• Oversee the management of our sales pipeline, including scheduling calls with new leads, • managing leads following up and supporting the closing / onboarding of new clients
• Oversee the creation of applications / interview questions that align with the role to ensure a • quality recruiting process for each role
• Onboarding and training new teambers, including recruiters and admins, to be top performers
• Auditing headhunting and pipeline performance to ensure we’re delivering a top quality recruiting experience to our clients
• Manage the team by monitoring performance, coaching them around our protocols and their compliance, and creating excellent outcomes for our clients
• Managing weekly teaetings and 1:1s with teambers to manage their workload + pipeline, ensuring quality headhunting is being done for their roles, coaching on performance, and ensuring compliance with our protocols
• Developing top-performing recruiters and coaching them to hit their bonuses / KPIs successfully each month, particularly developing strong headhunting skills to help us successfully close roles
• Documenting our processes and process improvements via swim lane / process mapping and updated Trello SOPs; training the team on skills and processes, as needed
• Identifying areas where we can make our processes more efficient, including leveraging automation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing our tech stack
• Weekly forecasting of manpower needed and distribution of responsibilities based on our active roles
• Oversee performance reviews, corrective action / performance planning, and termination of teambers
• Attending Weekly Teaetings; Conducting 1:1 meetings with Leaders and Teambers, weekly 1:1 meeting with the COO
Experience & Skills required:
• Must have 5+ years of experience in HR Management / Recruiting Management, with a proven track record of leading a team successfully along performance metrics
• 2 years of experience recruiting for marketing teams; experience working on a marketing team a huge plus
• Advanced Excel skills / Airtable skills are a huge plus
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype • and Zoom

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 3 pm CST to 12 am CST // Monday to Friday, 4 am to 1 pm PHT.
Salary: P60,000-80,000 monthly, plus bonuses
We pay 13th month and all Filipino holidays.
This is a full time position.
