The primary task involves converting a .PSD file containing multiple characters into individual .AI files. These files must be meticulously organized with layers that allow for easy manipulation of character positions, expressions, hand movements, and other details.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert .PSD Files: Efficiently turn .PSD files into .AI files, ensuring that all elements are retained and accurately represented.

- Layer Management: Create well-organized layers in the .AI files for each character, enabling easy adjustments of various character attributes like positions, facial expressions, and hand movements.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final .AI files maintain a high standard of quality and provide all working files to me.

- Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to understand project requirements and deliver results that align with our creative vision.

Timely Delivery: Complete tasks within the set deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Experience in converting .PSD files to .AI files with layered compositions.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
