STR PROPERTY MANAGER / OPERATIONS/ SOCIAL MANAGER

We are SUPERHOSTs for a UK based STR company in LONDON, looking for a confident, techy, intelligent and loyal str property manager to manage 7-10 units full time. Only experienced and techy people please!
- must be a confident and fluent English speaker, comfortable speaking to guests on the phone and using WhatsApp
- advanced with using HOSPITABLE PMS
- must be advanced using Airbnb/VRBO
- must be good with Canva and know all its tools
- bonus if techy and know how to build websites and create Zapier automations!
- bonus if experienced with TURNO
-bonus if experienced with KEYNEST
-HUGE BONUS if you have experience growing brands and pages on Insta/TikTok (less so FB)
-HUGE BONUS if experienced with pitching landlords and direct bookings (on UK based sites)
-HUGE BONUS if you can REMOVE reviews and have INSIDER HELP within Airbnb to do so
