Chief Financial Officer (CFO) minimum 10 years experience

We are a fast growing E-commerce company that will reach 8Figures this year and are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. Who will provide insight into all numbers, income and expenses.

As our CFO, you will be responsible for providing clarity and insight into our financial processes. You will play a critical role in analyzing our 2023 financial activities, as an example of how much profit was actually made, how much revenue and how much cost was involved. also clarifying where there is a leak and if we have been underfunded. And keeping accurate financial management for 2024, daily tasks, weekly, monthly and yearly.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and report financial data from 2023, clarifying where all expenditures went and what impact they had on our organization.
Develop and implement financial management strategies for 2024, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
Present actual profits and chart all expenses, with a clear explanation of the company balance sheet.
Identify unusual costs and propose solutions to improve financial efficiency.
Lead the finance team to ensure that all financial operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
