We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues on eBay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct research to assist customers with compatibility questions. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for handling customer return requests and resolving cases related to failed deliveries. This is a part-time position requiring a few hours per day, with flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to eBay messages and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product compatibility, features, and specifications through research and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with booking return requests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and the process is followed correctly.
• Handle resolution cases raised by customers due to failed deliveries, ensuring a satisfactory outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a well-organized manner.
• Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
• Stay up-to-date with eBay policies, procedures, and best practices to provide accurate and compliant customer support.
• Continuously strive for excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.

Requirements:
• Proficient in written English with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in responding to customer inquiries.
• Ability to conduct accurate research to provide relevant and detailed information to customers.
• Familiarity with eBay policies, procedures, and customer support practices is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Efficient time management and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology to perform the job effectively.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring a few hours per day, with flexibility in scheduling, up to 6-7 days a week depending of workload. The workload needs to be spread throughout the day so timely responses are maintained.
