Recruitment / Candidate Manager

At Berritta Consulting we have over 20 years experience within Recruitment and 12+ years of client relationships in Australia.
Berritta Consulting launched 2+ year ago and we are now a team of 5 and operate / recruit for companies within the Financial Services Sector.

Within the next 2/3 years we want to be a team of 10 to 15 people and are looking for people to help us grow the business.

We provide a bonus structure that could double / triple your weekly salary.

We are looking for someone with Recruitment or HR experience. The ideal person has worked for a recruitment company.

The role;
• You will be speaking to people in Australia who are looking for a new job in Financial Services
• Listen to what they want to do next in their career
• Fill out a Berritta Consulting registration form with all their information
• Talk to them about current vacancies we have on and hopefully get them an interview
• Keep in contact with candidates you speak to, we want make them aware of all new roles that we get on from clients

About you;
• We are looking for people who have experience within Recruitment / HR
• Experience in finding candidates for a business is important, you might have advertised positions on job boards or used
LinkedIn to find potential candidates / employees in a past role
• Someone who has experience interviewing candidates and onboarding is crucial
• The ideal person has worked for a recruitment company
