We are seeking a fully dedicated and experienced eCommerce assistant who can efficiently handle multiple eCommerce related tasks and contribute to our brand’s success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily Customer Support: Efficiently handle customer queries using our customer support help desk software, RichPanel.
2. Social Media Management: Oversee comment moderation to maintain a positive brand image. Follow scheduled social media postings to engage our audience. Responding to customer DM's and social media inquiries.
3. eCommerce Focused Tasks: Multiple eCom related tasks such as but not limited to creating audiences in Facebook Ads Manager, downloading and uploading ads to Facebook Ads Manager, organizing Google Drive folders, updating order info on Shopify, handling Shopify &*****chargebacks and disputes, authorizing and creating shipping labels etc.
I will create detailed video tutorials for each task I assign to ensure success. These will be available for your reference at any time. You will also be working alongside 2 employees who will happily help you succeed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Shopify Customer Support Experience.
2. Ability to work some USA hours.
3. Uninterrupted access to internet and a computer.
4. A Facebook account that is not banned (This is how you will access my business assets on Facebook).
Work will be moderated through HubStaff to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality.
