I am in urgent need of an expert who can swiftly setup and organize an up-to-date inventory board on monday.com with make.com automations. The board must accurately manage a large variety of products and materials, segregated into more than 20 different categories.
additional requirements:
- The sales team will fill a form with conditinal questions and the inventory I manage on Monday will be populated as a section etc.
-the inventory is h.w. parts from different manufacturers that when combined they are building a full single computer
- I am selling computers upon the current inventory I have and the ability of sales teams to sell that specific configuration.
- every computer might have a different configuration
- some parts are mandatory like the CPU and some are optional (extra memory for example)
- I have a board of the sales team
- I have a board of the computer parts and their inventory (catalog)
- I have a board of the configuration created by the sales team
- I have a managing board. Not sure if all boards are needed or maybe need to add more.
- I have a board of my suppliers
- when inventory for specific items goes below a specific level I need to send automatically an email to my supplier asking for a price
- when the supplier returns a price quote via email need to enter that into Monday (both PDF file and to extract the pdf data back into Monday)
- need to create useful dashboards on Monday
