Bookkeeper for Consulting Agency (Project accounting experience in QBO required)

Company Description:
We are a dynamic and growing regulatory consulting agency looking for a seasoned expert in project-based accounting & QBO to assist in finishing the implementation of project based accounting.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and improve new project-based accounting systems, including setup, configuration, and testing. Help develop internal workflows and processes.
Complete all bookkeeping tasks such as Recording Financial Transactions, Reconciling Bank Statements, Managing Accounts Receivable and Payable, Preparing Invoices, Processing Payroll, Maintaining General Ledgers, Assisting with Budget Preparation, Generating Financial Reports, and Document Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
At least five years of experience in project-based accounting in QBO
Prior experience with clients in industries such as construction or agencies that use project-based accounting.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
