Job Title: Graphic Designer & Logo Artist

Responsibilities:
1. Execute professional color changes, hex code identification, and resizing for existing logos.
2. Design high-quality Y2K-inspired logos and graphic elements with a modern touch.
3. Create impactful short designs and mock-ups that align with brand aesthetics.
4. Collaborate closely with the team, ensuring prompt delivery of design solutions.
5. Stay abreast of design trends, infusing innovative ideas into projects.
6. Provide quick-turnaround design support and maintain flexibility in scheduling.
7. Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders.
8. Utilize industry-standard design software proficiently.

Requirements:
1. Proven graphic design experience with a versatile portfolio.
2. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
3. Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and design fundamentals.
4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills for interpreting and presenting design concepts.
6. Familiarity with Y2K design aesthetics and the ability to blend them into modern designs.
7. Proficiency in creating impactful short designs and mock-ups.
8. Availability to respond promptly to design requests, with the flexibility to accommodate requests at any time of the day or week.

Expected Work Hours:
This position requires flexibility, and we anticipate a variable workload. Designers may be contacted for assignments outside regular business hours.
