- ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: Your English is very good and you know American slang
- STABLE INTERNET
- RELIABLE COMPUTER
- LONG-TERM PERSPECTIVE: You see this as a long-term partnership and are willing to share the same vision as us
- FAST TYPING SKILLS
- NO SIGNIFICANT DISTRACTIONS (Example: Have to take care of small kid all the time)
