Finance and Bookkeeping Assistant

We are looking for a full-time finance and bookkeeping assistant.

We are looking to hire for the long-term.

Most of our current 10+ team in the Philippines has been with us for 2+ years and we hope you will be a part of that!

What you might work on:
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
- Processing salaries
- Client Invoicing
- Producing financial reports
- Reconciling reports such as bank statements
- Keep track of daily finance related activities
- Accounts Payable
- Other administrative ad-hoc tasks

Job Qualifications:
- Experience in using Quickbooks (QBO) Online
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Prior Experience is a MUST
- Has a keen eye for details and highly organized

- Great organizational skills. We manage our projects in ClickUp and Teams and a core part of any position with us will be to make sure that you are tracking and managing yourself well.
- A reliable internet connection.
