New luxury home builder in Washington DC - must be expert with Planswift or E-Takeoff and Excel. Must be licensed Engineer with new home building experience. You will be performing quantity takeoffs, negotiating with subcontractors and managing luxury new home construction. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
