Shopify Product Importer VA

Position Overview:
As a Shopify Product Importer VA, you will play a pivotal role in importing products into our Shopify stores across different countries that align with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You'll primarily utilize product importing tools and Google Drive Spreadsheets for documentation. If you have experience in E- commerce, virtual assistance, and essential digital tools, we want to hear from you!

Basic Requirements:
- Proficiency in Slack for communication
- Familiarity with Trello for workflow management
- Competence in Google Drive and Excel
- Experience with Shopify is a must
- Experience with importing tools like POKY, but also manual importing
- You can work in a copy paste environment
- You’re able to follow SOPs
- Prior work as a VA for an E-commerce business is advantageous
- Availability for 5-6 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities:
- Conduct product importing following established SOP
- You’re responsible for a SOP correct based landing page
- Daily import 20+ products for multiple stores
- Collaborate with a dynamic Product team
- Utilize digital tools: Slack, Trello, Google Drive, and Excel for seamless workflow
- Regularly communicate progress and findings to the team
