Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of real estate properties.
Run comparables (comps) analysis to determine property values and market trends.
Communicate effectively with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
Identify potential investment opportunities and present them to the team.
Collaborate with the team to make informed decisions on property acquisitions.
Use critical thinking and common sense to assess property deals and negotiate favorable terms.
Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to run comps and assess property values.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using phone and email for effective communication.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in real estate acquisitions is a plus but not required.
