ABOUT THE COMPANY
Dermaworks is a skincare and beauty company based in the UK. We sell a range of own brand products directly to the public, globally, through Amazon, Ebay, our website and other digital platforms. We are looking to dramatically increase sales by driving more targeted traffic to our website, increasing conversions and improving search engine ranking.
ABOUT YOU
We require a highly skilled and highly motivated SEO/SEM/PPC specialist, with a proven track record, to join our team. The successful candidate will be technically minded, proficient in data analysis and have the ability to implement strategies that continuously improve traffic, conversions and sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Optimize website content, meta tags, other on-page and off-page elements to enhance search engine visibility and ranking.
• Conduct technical site audits to identify issues impacting search engine performance and addressing them accordingly.
• Implement technical SEO strategies to maximise site performance and enhance user experience.
• Develop, implement and manage PPC campaigns for Google Shopping and other marketplaces
• Carry out A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
• Generate weekly reports outlining performance v targets and identifying areas for improvement
EXPERIENCE
• MINIMUM 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• A good command of the English language
• Excellent written communication skills
• Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices
• Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and Merchant Account
• Expertise in Google AdWords/Google Shopping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithm updates
• Up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
• Working knowledge of popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, BigCommerce and Shopify
• Proficient in keywords research and competitor site analysis
• Skill in identifying quick-win and long-term SEO opportunities
DESIREABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
• Experience of social media platforms
• Experience of Amazon & Ebay
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, problem solving and able to work with minimal supervision but who is also happy to take instruction, collaborate with other members and provide daily reports. You will also have a desire to achieve, progress and learn new skills.
