Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Buying team. This role involves comprehensive management of purchase orders, ensuring adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining seamless organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Buying team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of purchase orders.
Direct communication with vendors for order submission and coordination.
Liaise with our warehouse for operational support and assistance.
Develop and implement SOPs, reports, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide leadership and direction to streamline various business areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in team management and effective communication with diverse nationalities.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with strong reading comprehension skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Desirable Experience:
Background in Amazon FBA business is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Strong operational management skills are crucial for success in this role.
