Senior Website Designer and Developer

We’re Transcend, a rapidly growing full-service digital marketing agency based in the US.
We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Website Designer and Developer to join our team!
Key responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of our clients’ businesses and their target customers. All the design work you do should be thoughtfully tailored to each client.
- Design and build websites using Webflow that are user-friendly, on-brand, accessible and attractive.
- Identify opportunities to improve client website user experience.
- Debug website issues, optimize load speed and fix technical SEO issues.
- Work with content writers to produce visually compelling blog articles and landing pages.
- Design infographics and other vector graphics to be used within articles and landing pages.
- Design corporate branding including logos, color palette, typography and brand style guidelines.
- Design ads using Canva (and/or your preferred tool), you won’t need to manage the ads, just help with design.
- Work with project managers to help quote project timelines and ensure work is completed on time.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience developing and maintaining websites with a no-code builder such as Webflow or Wordpress (Elementor, Divi, etc).
- 2+ years experience working with a professional graphic design tool (Illustrator, Figma, etc). Must be capable of creating vector graphics from scratch.
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS.
- Familiarity with technical SEO (intra-site links, title & meta tag best practices).
- Decent English communication skills — you should be able to communicate clearly with our team, but won't have to communicate directly with clients.
- Able to collaborate well with team members who have different skill sets and backgrounds.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.

- Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippines time (or some overlap with our business hours: 9AM-6PM EST if not located in the Philippines).
