Daily Work Description:
- Act as the primary liaison between the laboratory and customers, providing timely and accurate information on services, product inquiries, and technical support.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, orders, shipping, and technical assistance, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution with a 24-hour response time.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding sample collection, submission procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of customer service procedures and documentation to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to proactive outreach initiatives aimed at customer retention and satisfaction.
Skill Sets Required:
- 2 - 3 years Minimum Prior experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within a scientific or laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of epigenetics or molecular biology concepts is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously.
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and build positive relationships with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field preferred. (Very Important) One of the requirements we cannot overlook
