320 Page Comic Illustrator needed

VERY IMPORTANT!...I need someone who can follow instruction. I will ask a few questions in this ad. If you do not answer the questions you will be disqualified. It is amazing to me how many applicants ignore questions that I say are requirements.
I have a 320 page comic written and wireframed. I need an experienced illlustrator looking for full time work.
1) Do you have experience making a comic? If so, please provide samples.
2) Are you available for 40 hours per week?
3) Would you be willing to sketch 1 or 2 panels as a test sample so I can see if your style would be a good match for this project?
4) are you willing to meet a couple times per week on google meet to discuss the tasks for the week and to go over feedback?
5) Do you have skpe? If so what is your Skype ID.
6) If we provided full time work for 1 year what salary would you expect?
7) Please share a portfolio
