The patient intake specialist processes incoming referrals in real time. You will perform basic data entry tasks, make accurate notes, and notify patients of the status of their orders. You will also be responsible for calling patients to collect past due balances. This position will be Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. This is a full time and permanent position. We offer competitive pay and paid holidays.
*You should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently with a minimal accent.*
*You should have experience working in the medical and health insurance industry*
*You should have collections experience*
*Experience working in the DME industry is a plus*
