We are a dynamic and rapidly growing land investment company specializing in vacant land properties across the United States. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and connecting sellers and buyers with lucrative land investment opportunities, we are currently expanding our team.

We are looking to add a full-time Assistant/ Manager to join our team over at Gaea Land.
Our business sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land and do not sell any other type of real estate.
The Assistant/ Manager will be responsible for adding all-new seller leads into our CRM and providing all crucial information so our Acquisitions Manager can call the seller leads. Must have Real Estate experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Research:
- Experience conducting market research on land listings, market trends, zoning regulations, local government regulations and analyzing data to assess the viability and profitability of potential land investments.
- Adding to Google Sheet "Market Selection" and getting ST rate (instructions will be provided)
-Experience making comps
2. Data entry and organization:
Maintaining databases, updating property information, and organizing files relating to land listings, transactions, contacts, and other important data.
- Generating comparable sales for like-kind properties in the same area (we will provide training on how to comp properties)
3. Documentation and Communication:
-Experience preparing and organizing documents such as purchase agreements and contracts as well as corresponding via email or phone
- Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to the acquisitions team for investment decision-making.
4. Marketing Support:
Assisting with marketing efforts, including creating and scheduling social media posts, managing online listings, and preparing marketing materials, can be an essential part of promoting land investment opportunities.
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform due diligence activities, including reviewing legal documents, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and other pertinent information.
- Calling the county to source information about the property when it cannot be found online
- Setting follow-up tasks in our CRM for our Acquisitions Manager
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to establish evaluation criteria and prioritize incoming leads based on investment objectives.
6. Financial and Bookkeeping Support:
-Assisting with basic financial tasks like tracking expenses, managing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
7. Experience with Data Tree, Follow Up and other real estate programs.

Work Hours:
The work hours requirement will be within Eastern Standard Time (EST), 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. We understand the importance of a work-life balance and are willing to be flexible for the right candidate. We also honor Philippine holidays and are family friendly.
Pay:
Base Salary between $4/hr. - $5/hr. (depending on experience)
Training Period Salary will start with $4/hr 15 hrs per week.
