We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Space Planning Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role entails engaging with clients to understand their needs, devising strategic office layouts and furniture arrangements, and overseeing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and maintain client communication, understanding their requirements for office furniture and design.
Develop comprehensive, customized space plans and furniture layouts from initial concepts to detailed, hand-drawn sketches.
Select furniture from our extensive catalog, ensuring the choices fit client needs in terms of functionality, style, and budget.
Generate detailed quotes, factoring in discounts and markups for the furniture and layout plans.
Craft compelling presentations to visually communicate proposed designs and layouts.
Work closely with sales and other departments to guarantee smooth project management.
Continuously update yourself with the latest advancements in furniture design and space planning technologies.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven track record in office furniture sales, space planning, or design.
Strong command of various space planning tools and technology.
Creative and effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of different office furniture manufacturers and their offerings.
Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous experience with any presentation software.
Insight into the latest trends in the commercial office furniture sector.

Technical Skills:

Candidates should be proficient with tools such as Giza, CAP (2020 technologies), Autocad, and CET. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills are crucial, as well as a creative approach to presenting information.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern
