Youtube Video Editor Needed

Hi, my name is Rick.
I am looking for an experienced video editor to download powerful sermons and put together videos similar to the example below. You must be able to meet deadlines & This role is paid out monthly(the last Friday of every month)
**Trail Task**
To be considered for this role please provide us with a 1-minute trial edit following the instructions below. If you do not conduct the trial we are unable to process your application:
Heres an example of the workflow:
1. I would give you the name of the preacher and sermon. You will download the sermon usually an mp3 file about 60 minutes long which will be cut into 2 x 30 minute videos.
2. You will place non copyright stock motion videos alongside the main mp3 or voice-over, bold captions and some background music. There needs to be a quick turnaround on this max 48 hours. No big editing required.
3. You will render the video and upload it to the youtube channel and I will do the SEO.
Regarding the pay it will be $20 usd per video(30 minutes per video) and we will be doing 3-4+ videos per week.
