JOB ROLE -
SALARY RANGE - 30K-40K PHILIPPINE PESSO MONTHLY

Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Utilize Infinity CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Input client information, loan details, and communication history into the CRM system.
Generate reports and analytics from Infinity CRM to assist in decision-making.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to mortgage brokers and loan officers.
Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan processing workflow.
Communication:
Communicate with clients to collect necessary documentation and information.
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer service in all interactions.
Data Entry and Analysis:
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports for mortgage applications.
Support in verifying the completeness of loan documentation.
Remote Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with members and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in the mortgage or financial industry. Minimum 2 years in the same role
Proficiency in using Infinity CRM or similar Customer Relationship Management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of mortgage processes and documentation.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Interested in career progression + further training/upskilling
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in mortgage processing or loan administration. Minimum two years experience
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Additional certifications in mortgage processing or related fields.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
