Key Responsibilities:
- Review credit reports, identify inaccuracies, and implement strategies to improve credit scores.
- Prepare and submit dispute letters to challenge inaccuracies.
- Develop tailored plans and provide debt management advice.
- Ensure clear updates, compliance with laws, and exceptional customer guidance.
- Organize and secure client interactions and disputes.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience on credit repair process
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with credit repair software and ethical practices.
Availability: Comfortable starting at 9 am EST- 5pm EST, with strong phone communication skills.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to adapt and stay organized.
Familiarity with credit reports.
