This roll is for a virtual assistant that will summarize news articles from assigned news outlets on a weekly basis and input the summaries into a spreadsheet so my firm can quickly read important information in one place.

Additionally, you will track performance metrics across our social media platforms, newsletters, and emails, as well as tracking key real estate metrics from our data websites. You will record all of these metrics in spreadsheets for my firm to track.

Your duties for news article summaries will include the following:
- log into various news platforms related to real estate and the U.S. economy
- use the chatGPT Google Chrome extension to summarize the articles in bullet point format
- Input the bullet point summaries articles into a spreadsheet

Your duties for data entry will include the following
- Logging in to various real estate data website to find key metrics such as occupancy, vacancy, sales price, etc, and inputting that data into a spreadsheet on a weekly and monthly basis
- Logging into our Link Tree and social media account to extract performance data and input the data into a spreadsheet
- Logging into our podcast posting platform to extract performance metrics and input the data into a spreadsheet

Hours: This role will require roughly 3-5 hours per week. You just be available for at least 1 hour each week during normal business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (California time zone). Outside of that, you make work during your own time.
