Job Description:
Everest Legal Marketing is seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Content Coordinator specifically for client blogs and TikTok campaigns. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality of written content and developing and organizing engaging TikTok social media campaigns for our clients in the legal industry. This role does NOT require you to create content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Quality Checking:
Review and proofread written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall quality.
Ensure that all content adheres to the company's style and brand guidelines.
Verify the accuracy of legal terminology and information in the content.
Collaborate with writers to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
2. TikTok & YouTube Social Media Campaign Management:
You WILL NOT be creating or editing videos, but will assist in the planning and posting of short form videos to TikTok and YouTube.
Develop creative TikTok marketing strategies tailored to clients' objectives and target audiences.
Schedule and publish TikTok & YouTube content at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Consistent communication with client.
3. Client Communication:
Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals for their practice.
Provide regular updates and reports on Social Media performance.
Collaborate with clients to gather content ideas and approvals.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the content writing team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing TikTok content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in content quality checking and social media management.
Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in video editing software a plus, but not required (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, TikTok's in-app editing tools).
Attention to detail and a keen eye for grammar and style is a HIGH PRIORITY.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with legal terminology and industry trends (a plus).
